Refund policy

RETURNS

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • In its original packaging.  If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.

Items that can’t be returned:

  • Open Box / Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Bundled  items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Subscription Items unless entire subscription box is returned unused and undamaged with full content.
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Swatches/Samples

                                                                    ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED WITH PHOTO VERIFICATION!                                                                                                                                            All returns will be issued a return approval code label.

In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charge for orders under $299
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)
  • Club Member Discount Fees

REFUNDS

Our highly qualified experts will work hard to complete your refund timely and satisfactorily!.

Timing of your refund is dependent on your refund method.

  • Credit Card: We will initiate your refund once we receive notification that your item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center. Typically, you should see your refund reflected in your account within 5-7 days from carrier drop off or pick up, but it may take up to 2 weeks
  • Gift Cards: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your credit.  No cash refund will be issued on gift card purchases.

If your returned item is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

Will my delivery ship fees or services be refunded?

Any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will NOT be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charge for orders under $199
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)
  • Club Member Fees
